An essential ingredient in Moroccan tagines, and equally delicious in couscous, salads and casseroles. Chop finely with parsley & sprinkle over lamb shanks in winter, or push under the skin of a chicken prior to roasting. In summer, add to mayonnaise and serve with barbecued seafood.
