Ingredients

  • 200g Pizza Dough
  • 100g The Other Chef Onion Jam
  • 100g Smoked Salmon
  • 150g Blue Cheese
  • The Other Chef Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • The Other Chef Caramelised Balsamic
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Seasame Seeds
  • Cracked Pepper
  • Wild Rocket

Method

  1. Roll pizza dough on floured surface until 0.5cm thick.
  2. Place pizza dough on an oiled tray and spike with a fork.
  3. Spread The Other Chef Onion Jam onto the base of the dough, followed by large pieces of smoked salmon.
  4. Crumble the blue cheese over the top.
  5. Place in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, place rocket on the pizza, drizzle with The Other Chef Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil & The Other Chef Balsamic Essence.
  7. Finish with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and cracked pepper.
