  • 1 Jar of The Other Chef Pickled Beetroot
  • 20g of Roasted Pine Nuts
  • 50g Bean Sprouts
  • Shaved Ricotta Salata
  • The Other Chef Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. On a large platter, arrange slice pickled beetroot and lightly season with salt & pepper.
  2. Sprinkle on roasted pine nuts and bean sprouts.
  3. Top with shaved ricotta salata and lightly drizzle with orange infused extra virgin olive oil.
