Recipe: Smoked Salmon Pizza

200g Pizza Dough
100g Smoked Salmon
150g Blue Cheese
1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
Roll pizza dough on floured surface until 0.5cm thick.
Place pizza dough on an oiled tray and spike with a fork.
Spread The Other Chef Onion Jam onto the base of the dough, followed by large pieces of smoked salmon.
Crumble the blue cheese over the top.
Place in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Finish with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and cracked pepper.
